Perminder Heer is a Non-Executive Director and has a wealth of international executive experience; having worked as a human resources (HR) professional with global financial and technology multi-national corporations.
She has held a number of senior leadership roles across HR including Strategic Talent Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organisational Development.
Perminder is also a Non-Executive Director with a multi-academy Trust in Coventry and has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Birmingham.
