Kerry joined EMAS in 2009 and worked in a variety of senior roles prior to becoming Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development.
She has a wealth of experience in leading People Services, including workforce planning and resourcing, strategic human resource management, education and training, cultural transformation and leadership development.
Kerry is qualified to Master’s Level and is an experienced and qualified coach and mentor.
She is also the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives Human Resource Director lead for the Ambulance Sector in relation to wellbeing and suicide prevention.
