Medical Director Dr Bob Winter is in Moldova supporting the country in achieving their Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) status.
ATLS is a programme which teaches established standards of trauma care and practical life-saving skills to improve the chances of a patient’s survival and recovery after an accident which has caused an acute trauma, such as a car crash or fall from a height.
Moldova will be the 64th country in the world to achieve this status and the 6th country that Bob has supported.
