Leicestershire and Rutland staff celebrated for over 226 years service

Leicestershire colleagues are celebrated with long service and retirement awards

Congratulations to our colleagues from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) who received their Long Service and Good Conduct and Retirement Awards this afternoon.  

Between them colleagues have dedicated 226 years to the NHS and were presented with their awards by General Manager Mark Gregory, at the Divisional Headquarters Birstall, Leicestershire.

Mark stated: “I am proud and honoured to present the Long service and Retirement awards to colleagues today.  Many of whom I have had the privilege to work alongside over the course of my own career at EMAS.  Their long service, commitment and loyalty is an inspiration for all of us.”

Colleagues who received awards were: Linda Elsey (14years), Elizabeth Spencer (15 years) Anthony Wood (18years), Bridget Bettoney (22years), Neil McClelland (30years), Caroline Baxter (30 years), Nicholas Felmeri (30 years), Tina Page (30years), Geoff Tubbs (37 years)
